The following is an incomplete list of some of the documents we prepare and estate planning issues for which we can provide assistance: wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, estate tax planning, special needs & disability, prenuptial agreements, asset protection, and business succession planning. Estate & Trust Administration - Upon the loss of a loved one, we assist clients with probate and trust administration, with the transfer of survivorship & jointly held assets, as well as with estate tax matters. Our goal is to provide comfort and relief to clients from the added legal stresses that accompany this time of need. We can also provide consultations to heirs and beneficiaries as well as assistance in various probate and trust related litigation matters. Real Estate - We provide consultation, document preparation, and review in a broad spectrum of real estate matters such as: standard residential transactions, "for sale by owner" transactions, commercial real estate matters, 1031 "like-kind" exchanges, zoning matters, lease preparation and review, deed preparation, land contracts, and partition. Business Consultation - We consult with business clients in matters related to entity selection and formation, corporate record keeping, share/membership transfer, purchase and acquisition, sale, dissolution, business succession, and related matters.
